The company’s headquarter can be found in Volos, which is a little town on the seaside. They have scheduled flights to six towns. They depart from the sea and landing on the runways of international airports in Thessaloniki and Athena, however they also have scheduled trips to the islands around Volos. The trips do not take more than an hour. Here is a map about the destinations.
The ArGo Airways only fly with one type, De Havilland DHC-3 Turbine Single Otter, which can carry nine passengers. The plane’s range is more than 900 km, its cruising speed is 220 km/h and it only needs a short range on land and water for take offs or landings.
They have charter flights and also transport small packages, which service is offered with a little “c” as cArGo.
